Excellent clinical resource

This book is a "must-have" for any audiologist interested in working with cochlear implants. Great explanations of the more technically-oriented details, plus many clinically useful chapters (such as music perception, language development, educational outcomes, etc). Chapters are concise and organized appropriately. I highly recommend this book!

Publication Date of this Second Edition is 2009, not 2012

The true publication date should be listed for this book. The same one as with the printed version. Many research articles provided with hundreds and hundreds of references but not one references is newer than 2008. A person who is considering buying this book should know that.
